Responsibilities

· Demand Management: Identify order risk, balance order loading and capacity arrangement in advance, and monitor Key project orders status.

· Production Plan: Monitor EMS production planning management, identify and solve shortage order issue.

· Process Management: Monitor Order fulfillment process, coordinate relative team to solve abnormal orders issue in time.

· Delivery Performance management: Manage EMS delivery performance, make sure meet target, coordinate relative team to improve process.

Requirements

· Bachelor degree or above, supply chain manage major is preferred.

· 1-5 years working experience in manufacture

· Excellent written and verbal communications in English; Chinese is preferred.

· PMP certification preferred

· Have good knowledge about: Supply chain management, Planning Management, Inventory Management, Order fulfillment, Project management

· Have a good sense of teamwork, good communication skills, organization management and coordination skills.

· . Have relevant work experience in Material Planning, Production Planning, Order fulfillment, Procurement, Project management, Logistic;

· 2. Familiar with daily office software such as PPT/Excel, and have the capability to analyze and solve problems.

· Honest and trustworthy, proactive, careful and rigorous at work, clear thinking, good communication skills, and strong sense of teamwork.
