NIX, a global supplier of software engineering and IT outsourcing services, is looking for a Communications Manager in its office in Budapest (Vaci Greens, 13th district). You’ll be part of a team of professionals who are ready to find the best tailor-made IT solutions for their multinational clients in various industries and solve complex problems.

Responsibilities:

• Cooperate with Universities and Colleges in order to attract talented graduates into NIX.
• Promote NIX among Universities, Сolleges and professional IT communities.
• Participate in generating new ideas and creating promotion materials, presentations and event scenarios.
• Organize onsite and online educational and promotion events to attract potential employees to NIX.
• Represent NIX at Job Fairs, Career days, MeetUps, etc.
• Develop connections with IT Schools, IT professional communities, etc.
• Analyze project results.

What we expect from you:

• Relevant working experience of at least 1 year on the Hungarian market.
• High communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English and Hungarian.
• Strong skills in any kind of presentation, data analysis and visualization software/services.

Will be a plus:

• Have a MSc or Ph.D degree or you are in the process of obtaining MSc or Ph.D degree.
• Have working experience in an administrative position at a University, College or IT School.
• Know how the IT industry works.
• Know Ukrainian/Russian.
