NIX, a global supplier of software engineering and IT outsourcing services, is looking for a Medior Automation QA Engineer (C#) in its office in Budapest (Vaci Greens, 13th district). You’ll be part of a team of professionals who are ready to find the best tailor-made IT solutions for their multinational clients in various industries and solve complex problems.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with a growing team of skilled QA automation engineers to support the development of HRP and ERP systems within the healthcare domain.
• Work closely with stakeholders and technical teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions that positively impact hospital operations and patient care.
• Focus on testing features related to employee management (HRP) and medical supply chain optimization (ERP), including inventory management, procurement, and related workflows.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test cases using C# to validate application functionality and performance.
• Execute and monitor automated test runs, analyze results, and report defects to ensure issues are identified and resolved efficiently.
• Support and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes.
• Apply SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) principles throughout the testing and delivery lifecycle.
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts within the QA team by identifying process enhancements and automation opportunities.

What we expect from you:

• At least 2 years commercial experience as QA automation engineer.
• Demonstrates a working knowledge of C# at an intermediate level.
• Solid understanding of automation principles and experience with Selenium (or similar).
• Strong understanding of Agile methodology and software development principles.
• Experience in developing end-to-end UI and/or API tests.
• Experience in working with bug-tracking and test management systems.
• Experience with Git.
• English skills at B2 level or higher.

Will be a plus:

• Performance testing skills.
• Advanced programming or scripting skills.
• Experience in building a commercial grade automation framework from scratch.
• Experience with Docker.
• Experience with Jenkins or similar CI tools
