NIX, a global supplier of software engineering and IT outsourcing services, is looking for an Payroll Assistant in its office in Budapest (Vaci Greens, 13th district). You’ll be part of a team of professionals who are ready to find the best tailor-made IT solutions for their multinational clients in various industries and solve complex problems.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting the payroll accountant.
• Resolving organizational issues with representatives of other departments (collecting and consolidating budgets, planning payments, submitting expense reports in a timely manner, etc.).
• Processing large amounts of data in tables.
• Planning and control of monthly/quarterly/yearly payment schedules and budgets.

What we expect from you:

• Knowledge of Ukrainian or Russian language.
• Degree in accounting, economics or finance.
• High level of MS Office knowledge.
• Mathematical and logical thinking, understanding of economic processes.
• Ability to work with large amounts of information.
• Ability to conduct email correspondence with partners.
• Responsibility, accuracy, reliability, friendliness.
• Desire to learn and grow.
• Ability to communicate and establish contacts effectively.

Will be a plus:

• English language skills.
