NIX, a global supplier of software engineering and IT outsourcing services, is looking for a Medior Salesforce Administrator in its office in Budapest (Vaci Greens, 13th district). You’ll be part of a team of professionals who are ready to find the best tailor-made IT solutions for their multinational clients in various industries and solve complex problems.

Responsibilities:

• Process setup and automation: working with developers and senior administrators to implement custom solutions, automate business processes, and configure the system.
• Security and permissions: administering security settings, profiles, and permissions to manage access to data and functionality.
• Data management: responsible for data quality, data import, data export, and maintenance. Ensuring data integrity through regular checks.
• User support: providing user assistance, troubleshooting, responding to requests, and providing training to maximize Salesforce use.

What we expect from you:

• 2+ years of experience in the role of Salesforce Administrator/Implementer.
• In-depth understanding of Salesforce architecture and data model.
• Confident use of the Salesforce declarative tools suite.
• Good knowledge of SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce database interaction.
• Understanding of REST/SOAP protocols and experience with Salesforce integrations.
• Intermediate+ level of technical English (spoken, written).
• Proactive communication skills.

Will be a plus:

• Salesforce Administrator certification.
• Experience in custom development on the Salesforce platform (Apex, LWC).
• Experience working with other Salesforce applications or clouds (Marketing Cloud, CPQ, etc.).
• Experience working with SFDX & Git.
