NIX, a global supplier of software engineering and IT outsourcing services, is looking for a PHP+ CMS Backend Developer in its office in Budapest (Vaci Greens, 13th district). You’ll be part of a team of professionals who are ready to find the best tailor-made IT solutions for their multinational clients in various industries and solve complex problems.

Responsibilities:

• Development of CMS-based websites and components.
• Collaboration with a responsive leadership team and experienced colleagues.

What we expect from you:

• Strong knowledge of PHP, JavaScript, and CSS.
• Experience with CMS platforms including but not limited to WordPress, Magento 2, and Drupal.
• Proficiency in integrating third-party services using native SDKs, custom clients, and libraries.
• Experience with Page Builders like Gutenberg, Elementor, Divi, and Beaver Builder to create and manage content.
• Solid understanding of MySQL and PostgreSQL databases.
• Advanced debugging skills.
• Proficient in using Git and Git-based services.
• Experience working with Linux-based operating systems.
• English language proficiency at B2 level.

Will be a plus:

• Knowledge of additional programming languages.
• Experience in Shopify is a big advantage.
• Сonfident skills in Laravel.
• Experience with Headless CMS.
• Familiarity with Low-code/No-code Website Builders.
• Experience with automation services like Zapier and so on.
