We are looking for a motivated Process Improvement Intern to join our Financial Process Improvement (FPI) team. This role offers a great opportunity to work with automation tools, support controllership processes, and contribute to efficiency improvements across financial operations.
Key Responsibilities
As a valued team member, you will:
- Plan and build simple automations using VBA, Alteryx, Python, SAP GUI scripts, and other tools
- Monitor and execute automations developed by the FPI team
- Debug and troubleshoot automation issues as a top priority
- Support the Controllership team with Excel macro development and script maintenance
- Document automations and process improvements in line with FPI manager requirements
- Participate in online and onsite trainings/conferences based on manager instructions
- Perform administrative tasks related to systems owned by the FPI team
- Provide regular updates on your tasks to FPI leads
Qualifications
We are looking for someone with:
- Ongoing BSc/MSc studies in Finance, Accounting, IT, Business, or a related field
- A proactive and analytical mindset for process improvement
- Basic programming knowledge in VBA, Python, or similar tools (experience is a plus)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Solid English communication skills, both spoken and written (B1 level or above)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- A team-oriented attitude with the ability to work independently when needed
