We are seeking a talented Workday Master Data Management Analyst specializing in Workday HCM to join our team and support our mission.

Position Overview

As the Workday Master Data Management Analyst you will work closely with the Functional Expert - Workday Core HCM to gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring data accuracy, consistency and governance across systems

Key Responsibilities

• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders across HR, IT, and other departments to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements related to Workday Core HCM
• Analyse and resolve master data issues promptly based on business needs and best practices
• Proficiency in analysing large datasets
• Collaboration - work closely with Function Expert – Workday Core HCM to align on data standards and policies
• Documentation - Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirement specifications, process flows, and security design documents
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT) - Coordinate and facilitate UAT to ensure HCM configurations meet stakeholder expectations and requirements
• Training & Support - Provide support and training to end-users and stakeholders regarding HCM core configuration. Share knowledge around data governance
• Continuous Improvement - Stay abreast of Workday updates and industry trends, contributing insights for enhancing HCM processes and configurations

Qualifications

• Education - Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• Workday experience: min. 2 years in data management or analytical roles
• Certification - Working towards Workday HCM Pro certification is preferred but not required
• Analytical Skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and solve complex problems
• Communication - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Collaboration - Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work effectively within cross-functional teams
