Good match if you have:

1. Knowledge: 

In architecture of platform products such as SOC/KQI experience

In design/implementation of delivery solutions

Of issues/delivery processes, and of project management;

2. Skills: 

Deliver project technical management

Design delivery solutions 

Communicate technical solutions to middle and grassroots customers, and to coordinate and promote various departments;

Understand AI, understand data, data-driven business development

What you have to bring with you is:

• Basic communication capabilities (familiar with data communication/core network/IT/protocol/network architecture and operator business processes); 

• Professional module capabilities (familiar with SOC/KQI platform architecture

• Basic capabilities and specifications of business quality big data, business analysis foundation, platform integration, delivery process, etc.) 

• Proficient in the design and implementation of (SOC/experience) solutions

• Digital operation capabilities ( Proficient in digital operation-related platforms, able to carry out a series of digital technology operations through the platform, such as formulating activity flow and implementation plan, routinely carrying out problem management/risk management, etc.)

• Very good English skills; 

• More than 1 year of relevant delivery experience (experience in Smartcare platform development, core network, data communication, IT, software is preferred)
