German speaking Events & Engagements Specialist

Join our partner company, a leading global healthcare company, and become part of their Global Meetings & Events team to plan and execute impactful events. Help drive innovation, ensure compliance, and create seamless experiences for internal and external stakeholders while contributing to life-changing healthcare solutions.

Your role

• Plan and manage various events (congresses, sales meetings, webinars, advisory boards)
• End-to-end event coordination: Oversee vendor selection, budget planning, and logistics
• Ensure compliance and transparency in all engagements
• Provide technical support for hybrid and virtual meetings
• Manage Scientific External Experts’/Healthcare Organisations’ engagement activities, contracts, and financial approvals
• Track event performance and drive continuous improvements

What You bring

• Experience in pharmaceuticals/life sciences (meeting planning & project management is a plus)
• Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills
• University degree
• Financial acumen and problem-solving mindset
• Fluency in English & German
• Proficiency in MS Office, Teams, SharePoint
